L’ANSE CREUSE PUBLIC SCHOOLS ADVERTISEMENT TO BID BID PACKAGE 26-03 – District-Wide Filter First Upgrades L’Anse Creuse Public Schools is requesting bid proposals for filter first upgrades within the L’Anse Creuse District at eighteen [18] LCPS Buildings. Bid proposals must be received online through Building Connected or by mail no later than 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. If by mail, to the attention of Patrick Ward at Harry L. Wheeler Community Center and Administrative Offices located at 24076 F.V. Pankow Boulevard, Clinton Township, MI 48036. Proposals shall be based on the requirements set forth in the Project Manual dated January 15, 2026. Bid Proposals will be publicly opened on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Harry L. Wheeler Community Center and Administrative Offices located at 24076 F.V. Pankow Boulevard, Clinton Township, MI 48036 and evaluated by the Owner, Barton Malow, and the design team. The School Board will not accept any bid submitted after the indicated due date and time. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, either in whole or in part. The Board reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in bidding and to accept bid alternates. The Board also reserves the right to award a contract in any manner deemed by the Board, in the Board’s sole discretion, to be in the Board’s best interest. A pre-bid walk-through will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 10:30 am for all interested bidders. Bidders planning to attend the pre-bid conference can join us at the Larry F. Bid documents are available via the Building Connected website after Thursday, January 15, 2026. Bidders are required to submit Bid Security (MCL 380.1267) by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the State of Michigan and submit Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form (MCL 129.311). Bid proposals shall be accompanied by Familial Disclosure Form (MCL 380.1267) disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of the School District. Bid proposals that do not include this sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Form shall not be accepted.
