A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 10:00am at Clintondale Middle School main entrance, located at 35300 Little Mack Ave., Clinton Township, MI 48035. The purpose of the meeting is for reviewing the project specifications, bid documents, qualifying requirements and a tour of the existing building. Bids received from bidders not present at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting shall be presumed Non-responsive and their bid will not be opened or considered.
