INVITATION TO BID Notice is given hereby that ISABELLA COUNTY ROAD COMMISSION Will accept sealed bids for: LEATON ROAD FROM SOUTH OF BROADWAY ROAD TO M20, COLD MILLING, HMA RESURFACING, ADA RAMP UPGRADES, PAVEMENT MARKINGS, AND 3 SIGNAL MODERNIZATIONS, LOCATED IN CHIPPEWA TOWNSHIP, ISABELLA COUNTY. in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by: ISABELLA COUNTY ROAD COMMISSION 2261 E. REMUS RD. MT. PLEASANT, MI 48858 Sealed bids will be received from qualified bidders at the office of Isabella County Road Commission until 1:30 PM prevailing local time on February 10, 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be received after that time. The minimum net MDOT classification required for the project is 1305 L. This bidding document may be used only by the bidder to whom it was originally issued. The contract documents will be mailed upon request to qualified bidders and may be examined at the following location: Isabella County Road Commission 2261 E. Remus Rd. Mt. A certified check or bidders bond for a sum of not less then five (5%) of the proposal shall be required with each proposal. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularity in the bidding and accept the bid that in their opinion is in the best interest of the owner.
