PUBLIC NOTICE – INVITATION TO BID Ferndale Public Schools – Ferndale High School Addition and Renovations Ferndale Public Schools is soliciting bids for the Ferndale High School Addition and Renovations Project (Clark Project No. 2845, Bid Release No. 11R). The work includes improvements and additions to the existing high school facility located at 881 Pinecrest Dr., Ferndale, MI 48220. The Construction Manager for this project is Clark Construction Company, and the Architect is GMB Architecture. Bid categories include 06A General Trades and Carpentry and 26A Electrical. Bid Documents will be available beginning Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM through BuildingConnected. An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Ferndale High School on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 3:30 PM. Sealed electronic bids must be submitted via BuildingConnected no later than 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Late, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted. A public bid opening will take place via a recorded Microsoft Teams Meeting at approximately 1:05 PM on November 19, 2025.
