NOVI COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT ADVERTISEMENT TO BID CUSTODIAL SERVICES Novi Community School District is accepting sealed bids for district-wide Custodial Services Bid documents may be obtained starting Monday, February 2, 2026 by emailing Rebecca Scicluna at rebecca.scicluna@novik12.org and may also be found on the district website at http://www.novi.k12.mi.us. Please contact Mike Dragoo with questions at 248-449-1241 or by email at michael.dragoo@novik12.org A mandatory “Facility Walk” will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 10:00 am at the Educational Services Building, 25425 Taft Rd. Novi, MI 48374. Three (3) copies of the sealed bid should be sent to Rebecca Scicluna, Assistant Superintendent of Business and Operations, 25425 Taft Road, Novi, MI 48374 and one (1) electronic copy should be submitted to Rebecca Scicluna and Michael Dragoo by 10:00 am, Wednesday, February 18, 2026 and must contain the wording “PROPOSAL, CUSTODIAL SERVICES” on the envelope/package. All bid proposals must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relations that exist between the owner(s) and/or any employee of the Proposer and any member of the Board or Education or Superintendent of the Novi Community School District. Bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 am on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at the Educational Services Building, 25425 Taft Rd. Novi, MI 48374. Bids received after the specified date and time and not containing a sworn notarized state of familial relations will not be considered or accepted. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
