Deliverable: The contractor shall provide complete carpet installation services, including site verification, protection of existing conditions, removal and disposal of existing flooring where required, substrate preparation, floor leveling, installation of new carpet materials, transitions, accessories, cleanup, and final inspection. The contractor shall coordinate all work with the City’s designated representative to minimize disruption to City operations. The bidder will be required to comply with Michigan statutory prohibitions against discrimination in employment and with employment opportunities for City of Pontiac residents.
