Grosse Ile Schools will receive sealed bid proposals for: 2022 Bond Athletics Phase 3 until 11:00 a.m. EST on February 3, 2026, for the 2022 Bond Program. Grosse Ile Township Schools will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for the bid submission. The bidding documents consist of the RFP prepared by Grosse Ile Township Schools and Plante Moran Realpoint along with drawing and specifications prepared by Foresite Design and may be obtained directly from Foresite Deign. Please email Christy O’Berry at christy@foresitedesign.com for access. Bidders may submit by hand or mail delivery by 11:00am local time as stated above. i. Bid Delivery Address: 1. Proposals must be sealed with the following information on the envelope: 1. Project Name: Grosse Ile Township Schools: Athletics Phase 3 2. Contractor/Vendor name, address, phone number, and email address Bids received after the time specified will not be considered. Please note that all incurred costs for preparation and delivery of bids is the responsibility of the bidder. It is recommended that bids be submitted or delivered with ample time to spare in order to avoid traffic, building access, or electronic issues. All proposals shall be firm for a period of ninety (90) days. All bids must be accompanied by all of the documents outlined in the official Invitation to Bid.
