INVITATION TO BID 24032-1 Transportation Hub at Frost Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received, opened and read aloud, by The School District of the City of Pontiac, at the Administration Building located at 47200 Woodward Avenue, Pontiac, MI 48342, no later than 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, for the following work: The School District of The City of Pontiac – Transportation Hub at Frost A Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00am, December 8th, 2025, at Frost School, 726 Cottage St., Pontiac, MI 48342. Please meet at Main Entrance. All bids shall be submitted in person or mailed to: The School District of The City of Pontiac 47200 Woodward Avenue, Pontiac, MI 48342 Please contact marvin.beasley@pontiacschools.org with any questions. The School Board will not accept any bid submitted after the indicated due time and date. Bidders will be required to submit with their Bid Proposals, a Bid Security by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Projects is located. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by the following two forms: Familial Disclosure Form (in accordance with MCL 380.1267) and an Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form (in compliance with Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012). Bid Proposals that do not include these two sworn and notarized forms shall not be accepted.
