CITY OF SOUTHGATE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a Public Hearing held by the City of Southgate Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, June 8th, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. in the Municipal Council Chambers at 14400 Dix Toledo Highway to hear the following petitions: 1. Use variance request from section 1298.18, Signs, to allow the installation of two (2) billboard advertisement signs. The subject property is not currently assigned an address, with an associated parcel number 53-005-99-0001-711. The subject parcel is located east of I-75, west of Devoe Street, and south of Brest Street. The parcel is located within the C-2, General Business District and Hotel Overlay District. A copy of the proposed plans is available for public inspection in the Building Department at City Hall during regular business hours. The purpose of this meeting is to hear public comment on the above petitions.
