CITY OF RIVERVIEW PUBLIC NOTICE 2026 MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Board of Review for the City of Riverview will meet in the Council Chambers at City of Riverview, 14100 Civic Park Drive, Riverview, Michigan on the following dates and times for the purpose of reviewing the assessment roll: Meeting dates are as follows: Date Day Appointment Time Petition February 17, 2026 Tuesday 6:00 p.m. Organizational Meeting March 9, 2026 Monday 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. March 23, 2026 Monday 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Hearings are by appointment only. COMPLETED 2025 Board of Review Petitions are required and must be submitted at to the Assessor’s Office prior to your appointment. The deadline for submitting petitions for all persons wishing to appeal in-person before the Board of Review is Monday, March 23, 2026 by 6:00 P.M. Petitioner agents must submit, for each parcel individually, current letters with signatures from your client properly authorizing you to appear for the property owner.
