2026 MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW CITY OF MT PLEASANT ISABELLA COUNTY, MICHIGAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the taxpayers and property owners of the City of Mt Pleasant, Isabella County, Michigan: The Board of Review will meet in an organizational session (not for public protest) and presented with the 2026 Assessment Roll to review: TUESDAY, MARCH 3, 2026, AT 11:00AM City Conference Room E, 1st Floor, City Hall 320 W Broadway Street, Mt Pleasant The Board of Review will reconvene and hear appeals in the City Chamber, City Hall, 320 W Broadway Street, Mt Pleasant, at the following dates and times: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 11, 2026 1:00-4:00PM and 6:00-9:00PM THURSDAY, MARCH 12, 2026 9:00AM-12 NOON and 1:00-4:00PM Individuals who believe that their 2026 assessed or taxable valuation or classification is incorrect can call to schedule a time to speak with the assessor and/or make an appointment to appear before the Board of Review or write a letter of appeal. Appointments may be scheduled by calling the Assessor’s office at 989-779-5355. Letters should be sent to City Hall, 320 W Broadway, Mt Pleasant MI 48858 and must be received (post mark is not acceptable) by Wednesday, March 11 at 4pm.
