REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Board of Trustees of Henry Ford College hereby invites the submission of Sealed Bids for Architectural/Engineering Services for an Auditorium Renovation. A mandatory bidders’ conference will be held on Thursday, March 5th at 10:00 a.m. in the Fine Arts Building (F), at Henry Ford College, 5101 Evergreen Road, Dearborn, Michigan. Bid documents and campus map are available at https://www.bidnetdirect. com/mitn/hfcc. The college will receive bids electronically until Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/hfcc, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Office of the Purchasing Director, 5101 Evergreen Road, Dearborn, MI 48128. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the Henry Ford College BidNet Direct website (https://www.bidnetdirect. com/mitn/hfcc). The right to reject any and/or all bids is reserved. The college will not consider or accept a response received after the date and time specified above. Any bid submitted will be binding for at least 60 days after the date of the bid opening.
