Public Notice The Dearborn Housing Commission will conduct a public hearing for its 2027 PHA Annual Plan and 2026 -2030 CFP 5-Year Action Plan for public review. A public hearing will be conducted for for its 2027 Annual PHA Plan which includes the fiscal period covering October 1st, 2026 to September 30, 2027, which describes the activities, programs and resources affecting its operation as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Copies of the proposed plans are available at the Dearborn Housing Commission’s Main office located at Kennedy Plaza, 5111 Bingham, Dearborn, Michigan 48126 for public review. Member's of the public may also request an electronic copy or ask questions regarding the plan by calling (313) 943-2391 or emailing helkhatib@dearborn.gov WRITTEN COMMENTS can be submitted during the 45-day public comment period on the proposed plan from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. on January 31st, 2026 through March 17th, 2026. A public hearing will be conducted on Monday, March 23th, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Dearborn DAC Conference Room 1B at 16901 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48126.
