NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION 01-26-36 AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE #10 ZONING MAP Macomb Township, Macomb County Michigan An ordinance to amend and reclassify the zoning map of Macomb Township Ordinance #10, the Macomb Township Zoning Ordinance. The Township of Macomb ordains: 1) That the zoning map accompanying Zoning Ordinance #10 is hereby amended as follows: The zoning classification and permissible uses for the following described areas are hereby changed as set forth below. Permanent Parcel No. 08-36-276-022, 08-36-426-003, 08-36-426-004 and 08-36-426-015 from General Commercial (C-2), General Highway Commercial (C-4) and Residential, One Family Urban (R-1) to Residential, Multiple Family Low Density (R-2-L). General Location: Located on the west side of Gratiot Avenue, ½ mile north of Hall Road 2) That all other provisions of said Ordinance #10, except as herein amended, reclassified or rezoned shall remain in full force and effect. 3) That this ordinance shall become effective thirty days from the date of publication hereof. Approved by the Macomb Township Board at a regular meeting held April 22, 2026 by a vote of 7 to 0. A copy of this ordinance may be purchased or inspected at the Macomb Township Offices, 54111 Broughton Road, Macomb, Michigan, 48042, between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each weekday.
