Bid Security - Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security in an amount of not less than 5% of the total base Bid sum as stated in the Bid Documents. Bid security may also be in the form of certified check made out to the Crestwood School District. d. Familial Disclosure – Each Bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the School District, or the Superintendent of the school district. The Board of Education of the School District will not consider a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized statement. e. Each Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement certifying that the Bidder is not an “Iran linked business” within the meaning of the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. f. This project is taxable. All proposals shall include all applicable Federal, State and Local sales taxes. g. School District Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, or to award the contract to other than the Bidder(s) submitting the best financial Bid (low Bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion.
