NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT ORDINANCE NO. 207 On February 10, 2026, the Township Board of Trustees for the Charter Township of Chesterfield, adopted an Amendment to the Charter Township of Chesterfield Code of Ordinances – Zoning to provide for approved materials and specifications for material types for the exterior surface of all buildings, except agricultural uses and one-family dwellings. A complete copy of the Zoning Ordinance Amendment is posted in the office of the Township Clerk located at 47275 Sugarbush, Chesterfield Township, Michigan 48047 and on the Chesterfield Township website which can be accessed at www.chesterfieldtwp.org.
