AMEMNDMENT TO ORDINANCE 12.270 SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION The City of Mount Clemens has adopted an ordinance to amend the city’s Sign Ordinance to allow for the display of flags and banners and repeal all Ordinances in conflict therewith. The proposed amendments would allow for the display of any flag or banner in all zoning districts by right unless such flags or banners are being used for commercial purposes.
