ALMA CITY COMMISSION Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that upon receipt of amended application by Avalon and Tahoe Manufacturing, Inc. a public hearing will be held in the Alma Municipal Building, 525 E. Superior Street, Alma, Michigan on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, for the purpose of receiving public comment and determining whether an amendment to the Facilities Exemption Certificate should be granted to Avalon and Tahoe Mfg. Inc., 903 Michigan Avenue, further described as north of Michigan Ave. beginning at Bridge Ave. going west and south of the Pine River including all vacant properties now owned by Avalon & Tahoe Mfg., Inc. The amended application is on file and available for review at the Alma City Clerk’s Office, weekdays between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. The public hearing will be held during a regular City Commission meeting at the Alma Municipal Building in Commission Chambers. All interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend.
