ALMA CITY COMMISSION Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the City of Alma City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the City of Alma Governmental Office, 525 East Superior St., Alma, MI 48801, for the following purpose(s): • To consider and vote on a proposed assessment relating to certain real property geographically located in the City of Alma, County of Gratiot, State of Michigan, commonly known as 702 Gratiot Ave., Alma, MI 48801 (hereinafter “the Subject Property”) relating to the demolition of a structure(s) located on the Subject Property as well as lead and asbestos abatement and testing at the Subject Property, as well as any and all such additional action(s) taken in furtherance of or in relation to the aforesaid demolition at the Subject Property. • Other matters relating to the Subject Property or other matters that are deemed by the City of Alma City Commission to be desirable or appropriate. At said time and place all interested persons will be heard and the City Commission will receive comments from said interested persons at the hearing. Written comments will be received through the time of the hearing and may be mailed to the City of Alma Governmental Office at the address described above. The City Zoning Ordinance, zoning map, land-use plan, and documents relating to the aforesaid demolition and abatement at the Subject Property may be examined at the City’s Governmental Office at the address described during regular business hours.
