WARREN WOODS PUBLIC SCHOOLS ADVERTISEMENT The Board of Education of Warren Woods Public Schools (“Owner” or “School District”) will receive sealed Bid Proposals for: RFP NUMBER 26-T01 – DISTRICTWIDE NETWORK EQUIPMENT Bid Proposals will be received by Neil R. Cassabon, Deputy Superintendent of Warren Woods Public Schools, at 12900 Frazho Road, Warren, Michigan 48089, on or before 11:00 a.m. (local time) on December 11, 2025 (“Due Date”). The Board of Education will not consider or accept a Bid Proposal received after the Due Date, the date and time specified for Bid Proposal submission. Bid Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud on December 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at 12900 Frazho Road, Warren, Michigan 48089. Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the contractor and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent of Warren Woods Public Schools. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid Proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by the Iran Sanctions Affidavit. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid Proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized Iran Sanctions Affidavit. Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by the Affidavit for Criminal Background Checks. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid Proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized statement. Warren Woods Public Schools’ Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bid Proposals, either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, or to award the contract to other than the contractor(s) submitting the best financial Bid Proposal (low bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion.
