Monday, October 20, 2025, at Addams Elementary School located at 2222 W Webster Rd, Royal Oak, MI 48073. We will need all the bidders to enter the building at the main elementary entrance, which is door #2. Bid documents are available online by going to the District’s web site, www.royaloakschools.org and clicking on District/Administration and Departments/Business Services/Bid Information. No physical bids will be accepted in person or via delivery service. Bids are to be submitted no later than 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The District will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission. In compliance with MCL 380.1267, the bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, or the superintendent of the school district. The bid shall also be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing whether the bidder is an Iran Linked Business in compliance with PA 517 of 2012. The Board shall not accept a bid that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements. Certified check, money order or Bid Bond by an approved surety company must accompany each proposal in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. Price proposal shall be good for a period of no less than 60 days from the bid date, unless otherwise noted. The Board reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept any bid when in the opinion of the Board such action will best serve the District’s interest.
