Sterling Heights, MI 48314 BIDS RECEIVED: Until 11:00 AM local time on March 26, 2026 the Owner will receive sealed Bids for the work as set forth in the Bidding Documents at: Attn: Mrs. Kelli Rankin Utica Community Schools Administration Building: 11303 Greendale Dr. Sterling Heights, MI 48312 At which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A bid tabulation summary will be available. The Board will not accept or consider any bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission. Bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, or the superintendent of the school district. All Bids must include a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance – Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The district will not accept a bid that does not include the sworn and notarized disclosure statements.
