A bid tabulation summary will be available. The Board will not accept or consider any bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission. Bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, or the superintendent of the school district. All Bids must include a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance – Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The district will not accept a bid that does not include the sworn and notarized disclosure statements. The bidding documents will be on file on and after April 20, 2026 at 4:30 PM. This project will be completed in June and July 2026, prior to building renovation activities and will include the removal and disposal of all asbestos floor tile, non-asbestos floor tile mastic, non-asbestos carpet, interior door/window frame with asbestos glazing, asbestos lab counter tops, public address system with asbestos interior coating, sinks with asbestos undercoating, asbestos wall joint caulk, tagged fire doors and tagged fire door frames materials. Utica Community Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids either in whole or in part or to waive any informalities or irregularities that may be in the best interest of the School District.
