The Board will not accept or consider any bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission. The Bidding Documents will be on file on and after December 9, 2025, and available for distribution from the office of Roofing Technology Associates, Ltd., 38031 Schoolcraft Road, Livonia, Michigan. All Bids must include a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance – Iran Economic Sanctions Act and a Criminal Background Affidavit. Each Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting beginning at Henry Ford II High School at 10am on Wednesday, December 17th.
