A bid tabulation summary will be available. The Board will not accept or consider any bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission. The Bidding Documents will be on file on and after Wednesday, October 15, 2025, and may be examined at the following locations during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. All Bids must include a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance – Iran Economic Sanctions Act and a Criminal Background Affidavit. Each Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. A pre-bid conference and walk-thru is scheduled for Wednesday, October 22 nd , 2025, at 3:00pm local time. Bidders shall meet at the Gibbing Administrative Center, 11303 Greendale, Sterling Heights, MI 48312. Bidders shall sign in at the Main Lobby.
