Raines Company Project No. GI-767 00100-1 Sealed bids for the Waste Water Treatment Plant Building’s Roof Replacement in the Township of Grosse Ile, Michigan will be received at the office of the Township Clerk, 9601 Groh Rd, Grosse Ile Michigan, 48138 until 3:00 P.M., local time, on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at which time and place said bids shall be opened and publicly read aloud for the following items and approximate quantities of work: SECTION I: • Remove Existing Roof to Deck • Inspect And Replace Structurally Defective Decking • Attach 2 Layers Of 2.6” ISO Insulation Board, As Per Manufacturer’s Specifications, Over Entirety of the Roof to Deck • Install 60 Mil White TPO Versico-VersiWeld Fully Adhered Roofing System, or Approved Equal, to Cover the WWTP Building Roof as Per Manufacturer’s Specifications • Remove and Replace Existing Gutters and Downspouts • Waterproof all Copping and Overhang • Cap Copping • Provide Traffic Maintenance and Control • Perform Restoration and Clean Up Sealed envelopes containing three (3) copies of the bid shall be labeled as follows: Bid: 2026 WWTP ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT 9601 GROH RD TOWNSHIP OF GROSSE ILE, MICHIGAN 48138 Attention: Mr. Jamison Yager, Township Clerk Bid Documents are on file and available for examination at the following locations, during regular business hours: : Construction Association of Michigan, 43636 Woodward Avenue, P.O. Raines Company, 17700 Fort Street, Riverview, Michigan 48193 All bids shall remain firm and may not be withdrawn for Ninety (90) days after the actual date of opening thereof. A properly completed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check in a sum not less than five (5) percent of the proposed amount of the proposal submitted, shall accompany each proposal as security for acceptance of the Contract by the lowest qualified bidder. Representatives of the OWNER and ENGINEER will be present to discuss the project and receive questions from prospective bidders, who are encouraged to attend and participate in the discussion. ENGINEER shall transmit to all such Bidders of record such addenda as ENGINEER considers necessary to provide clarification, in response to questions arising therein, or arising subsequent.
