URBAN COUNTY OF MACOMB – COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AND MACOMB HOME CONSORTIUM (MHC) – HOME PROGRAMS SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO THE 2021, 2022, AND 2023 ANNUAL ACTION PLANS The County of Macomb (County) is required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to prepare an Annual Action Plan (AAP) describing the use of the Urban County of Macomb’s CDBG and MHC’s annual HOME funding allocation. The County is preparing to amend its 2021, 2022, and 2023 AAPs to reallocate a portion of its HOME allocations. AVAILABILITY FOR REVIEW AND COMMENT The substantial amendment to the 2021, 2022 and 2023 AAPs may be reviewed on-line at https://www.macombgov.org/departments/planning-and-economic-development/policies-and-procedures. The substantial amendments may also be viewed at the office of Macomb County Planning and Economic Development located at 1 S. Main Street, 7th Floor, Mount Clemens, MI 48043, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm weekdays through Monday, May 18, 2026.
