2026 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN MACOMB HOME CONSORTIUM (MHC) – HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (HOME) URBAN COUNTY OF MACOMB – COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) The MHC is preparing to submit its 2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP). The AAP provides a concise summary of the actions, activities, and the specific federal and non-federal resources that will be used each year to address the priority needs and specific goals identified by the Consolidated Plan. The planning process serves as the framework for community-wide dialogue to identify housing and community development priorities that align and focus funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s CDBG and HOME programs 2026 MHC HOME Program and Urban County CDBG Program Annual Action Plan The MHC is comprised of the Urban County of Macomb, Clinton Township, and the Cities of Roseville and Sterling Heights, will receive $1,602,720.52 in 2026 HOME funding, and the Urban County of Macomb will receive $1,953,970 in 2026 CDBG funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The plan also includes prior year CDBG program funds in the amount of $672,891.50, $50,000 in estimated CDBG program income, and $333,070.32 in HOME program income.
