CDBG FIVE YEAR CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND ACTION PLAN REVIEW PUBLIC NOTICE City of Taylor Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Five Year Consolidated Plan Program Years 2026-2030 and Program Year (PY) 2026-27 Action Plan The City of Taylor is developing its Five-Year Consolidated Action Plan for Program Years 2026-30 and Annual Action Plan for (PY) 2026-27 from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding of $476,251. A DRAFT copy of the proposed 2026-30 Five Year Consolidated Plan and PY 2026-27 Action Plan will be available on the City’s website at https://www.cityoftaylor.com/1114/Public-Reports-and-Notices and from the Community Development Department, 23555 Goddard, Taylor, MI 48180 for Public Review and comment from June 22, 2026 through July 21, 2026.
