OFFICE OF THE MAYOR NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ROCHESTER HILLS RESIDENTS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ROCHESTER HILLS CITY COUNCIL, in accordance with the Charter for the City of Rochester Hills, Chapter III, Section 3.5 and 3.7, will hold a Public Hearing on Amendments to the 2025 Budget as submitted by the Mayor. The Public Hearing on the 2025 Budget Amendments will be held at the Rochester Hills City Council Regular Meeting on Monday – December 15, 2025, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Michigan Time, at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. A copy of the proposed amendments to the 2025 Budget will be on file and available to the public for inspection during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday), at City Hall 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, on and after December 5, 2025. A copy will be available for review in both the Clerks Office and Fiscal Office.
