Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the due time. All interested parties are invited to attend. A Mandatory walk-thru meeting will be held February 6, 2026. Meeting will begin at 8:00 a.m. EST at: Taylor Public Schools, Taylor Parks Elementary School, 20614 Pinecrest, Taylor, MI 48180. Meet out front. Taylor Public Schools will not open, consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission. Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the school board, or the Superintendent of the school district.
