Charter Township of Waterford, Oakland County 2026 MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING SCHEDULE The Waterford Township March Board of Review will be held in person to review appeals for 2026 property assessments at the Waterford Township Hall Auditorium, 5200 Civic Center Drive, Waterford, Michigan 48329. The Waterford Township March Board of Review will meet on the following dates: Tuesday, March 3, 2026, 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon = Organizational Meeting Monday, March 9, 2026, 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM = Appeal Hearings Tuesday, March 10, 2026, 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM = Appeal Hearings Wednesday, March 11, 2026, 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM = Appeal Hearings To make an appointment please call the Assessing Department at 248-674-6270. The Board of Review will meet as many more days as deemed necessary to hear questions and protests to the 2026 assessments. Taxpayers are able to protest by letter, hand delivered, emailed to BOR@waterfordmi.gov, or sent to Waterford Assessing Department, 5200 Civic Center Drive, Waterford, Michigan 48329, provided protest is received by 9:00 p.m., March 11, 2026. All appeals require a completed form L-4035 to be submitted to the March Board of Review along with any supporting evidence and documentation. The form is available at www.waterfordmi.gov under Board of Review. Barrier-free parking and access are also available at town hall. For the hearing impaired, there are four available headsets on a first come basis.
