Westwood Community School District 2026 Landscaping & Monument Signs Dearborn Heights, MI Westwood Community School District is now accepting proposals for the 2026 landscaping and monument sign upgrades located throughout the district. The Request for Proposal (RFP) may be found on the State of Michigan’s SIGMA VSS site. Vendor questions are due by end of day, 4:00 p.m., on May 19th, 2026 (05/19/26); Sealed bids are to be submitted to the District’s office located at 3335 Beech Daly Road, Dearborn Heights, MI, addressed to Stiles Simmons, Superintendent of the Westwood Community School District, on or before 2:00 p.m. on May 27th, 2026 (05/27/26). Bids may also be submitted online through the Braun Construction Group Plan Room, or at their office located at 39395 W 12 Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI, before end of day on the 26th. Any bid not inclusive of all required documents per the RFP shall be open to disqualification. Responses received later than the specified deadline will be disqualified. All bids must be completed with the provided bid form, familial disclosure, criminal affidavit, and Iran disclosure statement forms completed and signed. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond or certified check for 5% of the cost of work. Payment and Performance bonds are not required for subcontractors as Braun Construction Group is providing P&P bonding.
