PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FIRE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT MILLAGE RATE VILLAGE OF NEW HAVEN Pursuant to P.A. 33 of 1951, the Village of New Haven will hold a public hearing on the proposed fire special assessment millage rate of 3.00000 mills to be levied in 2026. This proposed rate is equivalent to last year’s rate.
