2026 CMA Elevator Modernization ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Creative Montessori Academy (“Academy”) will receive sealed Bids on or before 4:00 p.m. (local time) on June 24, 2026 (“Due Date”), for: CMA Elevator Modernization Project. The Board will not consider or accept a Bid received after the Due Date, the date and time specified for Bid submission. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on June 24 2026 at 4:05 p.m. at the Architects office Sealed Bids must be submitted to the architect at: Wightman 14328 Northline Road, Southgate, Michigan 48195 Each Bid must be accompanied by: 1) A 5% bid bond or certified check; 2) A sworn and notarized criminal background affidavit; 3) A sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of Academy; and 4) A sworn and notarized Iran Disclosure Statement. The Board will not accept a Bid that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements.
