CHARTER TOWNSIP OF ROYAL OAK COUNTY OF OAKLAND STATE OF MICHIGAN NOTICE OF BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING (Truth-in-Taxation) NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Charter Township of Royal Oak Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing for the proposed 2026 General Fund Operating Budget, including Parks and Recreation Budget on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 6:15 p.m. in the evening or soon thereafter. The public hearing will be held at 21131 Garden Lane, Gymnasium, Ferndale, MI 48220. Please be further advised that a copy of the proposed General Fund Operating Budget is available and on file at the office of Royal Oak Township Clerk’s office for public inspection during the normal business hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Thursday, at 21131 Garden Lane, 2nd Floor Room 202, Ferndale, MI 48220. This notice is posted in compliance with Public Acct 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCL 41.72a(2)(3) and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Charter Township of Royal Oak will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed material being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon three (3) day notice in writing to the Township Manager.
