City of Pontiac Office of the City Clerk Notice of Public Hearings Notice is hereby given that the City of Pontiac will hold the following Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall 47450 Woodward Avenue, Pontiac MI 48342 to hear public comments. 1. Public Hearing to Extend the Renaissance Zone for the Property located at 2000 Centerpoint Parkway, Pontiac, MI 48341 (64-19-03-200-028): Williams International has requested an extension to the established Michigan Strategic Fund Modernized Renaissance Zone. The extension will increase economic development, expand business opportunities and retain employment opportunities in the City of Pontiac and surrounding areas. Williams International investment is expected to result in 65 new jobs, transfer of 36 positions, and retention of the 1,399 existing Pontiac positions.
