PUBLIC MEETING 2027-2029 SMALL URBAN PROGRAM CALL FOR PROJECTS Public meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2025, at 1:30 pm at the Isabella County Road Commission’s Office, regarding the 2027-2029 road construction program involving Federal Funds from the Small Urban Program (STP-Sm Urb), which will provide 80% of the construction cost or Max $ 385,000. All engineering, utility and right-of-way cost must be provided locally. The work must be done on routes specifically designated as Major Collectors or Minor Arterials on the National Functional classification System within the Mt. Pleasant area Urban Boundary. Small urban Committee representatives from, City of Mt. Pleasant, Isabella County Road Commission, Isabella County Transit Commission and Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe.
