CITY OF ROYAL OAK REHABILITATION BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Royal Oak Rehabilitation Board of Appeals, in its advisory role for the city’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in Room 116, City Hall, 203 S. Troy St., Royal Oak, Michigan, to hear public comments pertaining to the development of the city’s PY2026 – PY2030 CDBG Consolidated Plan & the PY2026 CDBG Annual Action Plan. The City of Royal Oak encourages its citizens to participate at this needs assessment stage in developing the consolidated plan and annual action plan. The public hearing is an opportunity to identify housing, non-housing, and community development needs, develop funded activities to address needs, review prior performance, and discuss ways to further fair housing.
