City of Trenton NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments of the City of Trenton will hold a special public hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2025 at 7:00 P.M., at Trenton City Hall located at 2800 Third St. Trenton, MI for the following Case No. 1844: The applicant at 2683 Webster St has proposed construction of a 232 square foot addition off the rear of the home. The request is to have the addition line up with the side of the existing home, which is one foot into the five-foot side yard setback. The applicant is requesting a side yard setback variance from the ZBA of one foot. Should you wish to be heard, you or your representative must be present at the public hearing.
