VILLAGE OF SHEPHERD ISABELLA COUNTY NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Shepherd will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 6, 2025, as part of a meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. local time. The meeting location will be the Village Hall, 251 W. Wright Ave, Shepherd, MI 48883 The Zoning Board of Appeals will be receiving public comments and questions at the meeting pertaining to the following variance request: • 217 W. Wright Avenue (Parcel # 31-065-00-182-00): A request has been submitted to request an exemption from the off-street hard-surface parking requirements in Section 154.101(C-9) of the zoning ordinance. Information may be obtained, including a copy of the applications, at the Village Hall at the above address between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.
