Summary of Ordinance 1108 of the Mt. Pleasant Code of Ordinances adopted at the regular meeting of the City Commission held Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Ordinance 1108, an Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 720, adopted on November 26, 1990 as amended of the City of Mt. Pleasant Code of Ordinances to continue the Mission Pickard DDA TIFA capture. The Ordinance takes effect thirty days after adoption. A true copy of the ordinance may be inspected and obtained at the City Clerk’s Office, 320 W. Broadway St., Mt.
