SYNOPSIS The Regular Meeting of the Bruce Township Board on October 15, 2025 was called to order at 6:00 pm at 223 East Gates, Romeo, MI 48065 Members Present: Supervisor Fillbrook, Clerk Kraft, Treasurer DiGiorgio and Trustee Sochowicz Members Absent: Trustee Vinson The Board took the following action: - Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States - Approved the Agenda and Consent Agenda. - Approved minutes, financials, bills and budget amendments. - Approved to move the reserve to a minimum of $3,000. - Approved to adopt the Tennessee Industrial Electronics LLC IFT Resolution 25-3 as presented. - Approved the hiring of Carrie Lyman for the position of General Office Clerk II effective October 16, 2025. - Approved up to 60 hours of overtime for the Clerk’s Dept for the election. - Approved to enter into Closed Session at 7:12 pm to review the written legal opinion of counsel. - Adjourned the meeting at 7:45 pm.
