SYNOPSIS OF THE MARYSVILLE CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 13, 2025 - 7:00 P.M. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Hayman CITIZENS HEARD: (A) State Representative Joe Pavlov spoke in regards to the Government Budget Shut Down Prevention Bill; congratulated the Marysville Community on the Water Plant Bill passing and mentioned that he will attend the State Board of Education meeting regarding regular and sex education curriculums. (B) J. Vokes, 996 Saint Joseph inquired on how Dick Stryker, a long-time veteran, can be added to the Blue Water Area Fallen Heroes Community Banner Program. CONSENT AGENDA: (A) Approved City Council minutes from September 22, 2025. Motion passed unanimously. ACTION AGENDA: (A) Approved check disbursement from September 19, 2025, September 25, 2025, October 3, 2025 and electronic disbursements. Motion passed unanimously. (B) Approved payroll for October 24, 2025. Motion passed unanimously. (C) Approved Resolution to support the realignment of United States Bicycle Route 20 (USBR 20) and authorize the posting of signs within the City of Marysville right-of-way identifying the route through the city.
