STATE OF MICHIGAN COUNTY OF WAYNE CITY OF ALLEN PARK proposed ordinance #08-2025 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ALLEN PARK CODE OF ORDINANCES; AMENDING CHAPTER 2, “ADMINISTRATION”, ARTICLE VI, “FINANCE”, DIVISION 4, “CONVEYANCES OR LEASES OF LANDS OF THE CITY”, TO AUTHORIZE THE CONVEYANCE OF A SMALL PARCEL OF LAND PREVIOUSLY DEDICATED BY THE ALLEN PARK PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT TO BE USED AS A ROAD AND DESCRIBED AS ALL OF LOT 1525 AND THE EASTERLY 27 FEET OF LOT 1526 AND THE EASTERLY 27 FEET OF LOT 1555 AND ALL OF LOT 1556, LINCOLN MANOR SUBDIVISION No. 3, AS RECORDED IN LIBER 53, PAGE 69 OF PLATS, WAYNE COUNTY MICHIGAN. The City of Allen Park Ordains: SECTION 1. Amendment to Code. Chapter 2, Administration Article VI, Finance Division 4, Conveyances or Leases of Lands of the City Division 4, Conveyances or Leases of Lands of the City, is amended to hereinafter include the following: DIVISION 4.- CONVEYANCES OR LEASES OF LANDS OF THE CITY Sec. 2-886. Authorization of Sale of Parcel. The Mayor and Council are authorized to enter into an agreement for the transfer of a PARCEL OF LAND PREVIOUSLY DEDICATED TO BE USED AS A ROAD DESCRIBED AS ALL OF LOT 1525 AND THE EASTERLY 27 FEET OF LOT 1526 AND THE EASTERLY 27 FEET OF LOT 1555 AND ALL OF LOT 1556, LINCOLN MANOR SUBDIVISION No. 3, AS RECORDED IN LIBER 53, PAGE 69 OF PLATS, WAYNE COUNTY MICHIGAN upon terms and conditions deemed appropriate by Mayor and Council.
