Sec 16-91.- Hedge and Shrubbery within Front Yard Sec. 16-92. - Removal of dangerous or dead material. Sec. 16-93. - Protection of trees and plants in public way during excavation or construction. Sec. 16-94. - Obstruction of roots of trees and plants in public ways. Sec. 16-95. - Destruction of diseased or infected growth. Sec. 16-96. - Failure to perform work; assessment of costs by city.
