www.aripley@myalma.org Request for Professional Services Alma College, in conjunction with the City of Alma as fiduciary, invites proposals from qualified professional architectural and engineering firms to design the renovation of its Opera House; Boiler House, located at 408 N. State Street, Alma Michigan 48801 for the purpose of a BIID (Business Incubation, and Development) space; new engineering classroom spaces as well as a machine shop to support the engineering program; further identified as “BIID” within this document. Proposals will be accepted via sealed bid to Aeric Ripley; City Manager, at 525 E. Superior Street, Alma Michigan 48801. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 5, 2025. Bid opening will commence immediately at 3:00pm on December 5, 2025 in the City of Alma Commission Chambers. Under no condition will late submittals be considered. It is the responsibility of each firm to ensure their submittal is received prior to the scheduled date and time for proposals to be due.
