LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF ROYAL OAK PLEASE BE ADVISED that on Monday, November 10, 2025 the Royal Oak City Commission adopted the following ordinance by resolution on second reading: ORDINANCE 2025-06 An Ordinance to Amend Appendix C: Interim Discharge Limitations, of Chapter 740, Wastewater; Article I, Wastewater Discharge, of Part II: General Legislation of the Code of Ordinances, City of Royal Oak.
