At the meeting the Planning Commission will hear a proposed ordinance amendment and take Public Comment for : AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 40, ZONING, ARTICLE 2, DEFINITIONS, SECTION 40-2.02, DEFINITIONS, TO AMEND THE DEFINITION OF “STRUCTURES, ACCESSORY” AND TO ADD DEFINITIONS OF “LANDSCAPE FEATURES – PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL” AND “LANDSCAPE FEATURES – NON-PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL, AND TO AMEND ARTICLE 6, “GENERAL PROVISIONS” TO ADD SECTION 40-6.05 – “LANDSCAPE FEATURES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.” You may express your concerns to the Commission during the meeting at the Public Library or by writing to the Commission prior to the meeting at: Huntington Woods City Hall, 26815 Scotia Road, Huntington Woods, MI 48070.
