PUBLIC NOTICE Royal Oak Township Housing Commission The Royal Oak Township Housing Commission (ROTHC) has developed the 2026 Annual Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 and applicable regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Plan and supporting documentation is available for public review for a period of not less than 45 days at the Royal Oak Township Housing Commission’s administrative office located at 8900 Cloverdale, Ferndale, MI 48220. The Commission’s hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The ROTHC Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 15, 2025, at Royal Oak Township Housing Commission, 8900 Cloverdale, Ferndale, MI 48220. The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain citizen comments on the Annual Plan, which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development no later than January 26, 2026.
